The Swing Swindlers
The Swindlers are a swing band par excellence specialising in the dance numbers of the 1920s to 1940s. Part of the Theatre Bel Etage, they are led by Mart Sander, an internationally well-known musician and film personality. He is a champion of British music, a film director and composer, and has also published two novels.
Mart is also the male vocalaist with the Swindlers. The principal female singer is Kelli Uustani, who is a rising star of musical comedy on the stage. Also featured is soprano Mariliina von Uexkull, now a socialite in New York, and this is her first venture into the wonderful world of Swing.
